Episode 21
21. SUPFM The Reunion Episode
NOTE: We mention the 11 Cities SUP Tour which is actually 220km - more info here: https://www.sup11citytour.com/ Our podcast was with Ike Franz https://www.supfm.show/episode/11-cities-sup-tour-in-the-netherlands-ike-franz
It's fantastic to see the growth of the sport since we last recorded back in 2015. Simon has moved on and lets us know about what's going on in his life regarding stand up paddle. Nick updates us on what happened to Algarve SUP (his stand up paddle touring company down in Portugal), the Guadiana Challenge (the yearly 32km paddle along the Spanish / Portuguese border).
Getting this podcast back online has certainly inspired Nick to get back out and plan a few more expeditions. He talks about two of his previous trips.
Stick around for a new episode each week. Next week Nick interviews Bertrand van der Berg who, along with his team, were the first people to stand up paddle the Zambezi rapids that boil over massive ledges in the Batoka River Gorge just below Zimbabwe's famed Victoria Falls. Exciting trip!

Huge thanks!
